We met Whit in 2010 when we were buying a house that Whit had listed. We lived in China at that time and we're back in Los Angeles for only one month during the summer. Our agent was not very proactive and Whit stepped in to help us to ensure we closed the sale. He also helped us with a recommendation to a top loan broker. We closed the sale from Shanghai and it would not have been possible if not for Whit's help. We continued to stay in touch with Whit and he represented us when we bought our 2nd home in 2012. Again escrowed closed after we had gone back to China after the summer holidays, Whit handled all the details and made the purchase seamless. Whit then listed the home for rent and within 3 weeks we had a renter in place and the property producing income. We bought our 3rd house with Whit recently and the purchase was complicated and a much higher value than our other purchases. Whit worked with us on a successful negotiation strategy and we closed at our original target price. Between 2012 to 2016, Whit showed us approximately 30 properties and provided us info on 100's of properties that we viewed online. Whit has helped us with buying and selling and both sides of the process have gone amazingly well.
